The main difference for Brain Adventure Python Class, is that we combine concepts (theory) + practical coding. This is the way students learn in university. In fact, we simplify first year university curriculum (CS101) into easy to understand lessons. This will help your children to prepare for future computer science in university.

Module 1: Programming for Beginners (12 hours)

Summer Camp - Programming for Beginners

This module introduce the foundation of programming using Python. This includes the basic coding techniques, while loop, for loop, if statements. This course mimic first year university level computer science courses, simplified to kids level. Therefore your child will learn the foundation and prepare for future computer science course, if he choose to pursue this path in university.

Our Machine learning course starts with the basic concept behind machine learning, so your child will gain the foundation knowledge. This includes neural networks, training data sets, optimization, regression, decision tree and more. We will teach these complex concepts in simple ways that your child can understand. This is the best way to learn at our summer camp - programming class.

There will be programming of course! Your children will apply the theory they learn in class to train the computer.

What is summer programming camp?

Programming camp mixes the excitement of summer camp with programming instruction in Java, C++, Python, and other languages, allowing youngsters to learn while having fun. Students will gain hands-on experience in artificial intelligence, modding, cybersecurity, and other related current issues in these courses. Children and teens will have the opportunity to make games, applications, robots, and more during this summer camp.

What is programming camp for kids?

Programming Camp is a place where parents can find exciting school holiday and after-school activities that will empower their children to design, code, and create, as well as ignite a passion, so they may go out and change the world while smiling.

At what age can a child learn programming?

Children as young as seven years old can begin coding and learning the fundamentals of programming. In reality, as technology becomes more integrated into daily life, programming for kids has grown in popularity significantly in recent years. Children who learn to code when they are young can pave the way for a lifetime of chances

Is programming classes for kids useful?

Programming aids in the development of problem-solving skills in youngsters. Understanding computers and learning the fundamentals of coding can help students have a better understanding of how things function. It also shows kids how software programmers utilise math to solve issues in a logical and inventive manner.

What COVID-19 and other health and safety protocols do you have?

We were extremely gratified that no kid or tutor contracted COVID-19 at a STEM Camp location in 2021 as a consequence of our planning, vigilance, and meeting or surpassing public safety criteria. We want to release our 2022 Health and Safety Policy at the end of May 2022 (which will include COVID-19 specifics as well as other general health and safety information) to ensure that it is as current as feasible at that time and for the summer.
